Burn Cycling's After School Teen Ride

Burn Cycling’s After-School Teen Ride offers teens (ages 13–17) a safe, structured, and energetic after-school program focused on fitness, movement, and positive social engagement. Students participate in indoor cycling, step aerobics, strength and conditioning, flexibility training, and fun interactive games—all designed to build endurance, strength, coordination, and confidence. The program also includes teamwork activities and supervised homework/quiet time, giving teens a balanced mix of exercise, enrichment, and support in a motivating environment.

Enrollment Option Fees

Maximum 15 students per session.

A registration fee of  $25/per student in January,
September and July if there is a summer session. This non-refundable
Covers administrative costs and program materials for the semester.

Student Information 

Burn Cycling’s After-School Bike Club is a recreational group fitness and
enrichment program. It is not a special education, therapeutic,  adaptive
fitness and support or specialized program. At this time, the program is unable to provide individualized educational accommodations, one-to-one behavioral support,or specialized medical supervision beyond what is reasonable in a group fitness setting.

Burn Cycling complies with applicable federal and California civil rights

Late Pick-up Policy 

The program ends at 6:00 PM Sharp

There is a 5-min grace period (until 6:05 PM)
After 6:05 PM a late fee of $1 per minute will be charged. Late fees must
be paid at pick-up or added to the next week’s tuition. Parents may not
Instruct teens to wait outside to avoid the late fee. Teens without
Self-Release Authorization must remain under program supervision.
Repeated late pick-ups may result in dismissal from the program.

Emergency Contact Information

To maintain a safe, positive environment for all students, respectful behavior is required. Students must:

Follow staff, instructor and volunteer instructions
● Use equipment safely
● Behave respectfully at all times toward staff, instructor & peers
● Avoid disruptive or unsafe conduct
● The use of profanity or inappropriate language is strictly prohibited
