Enrollment Option Fees
Maximum 15 students per session.
$25/per student charged each January,
September and July if there’s a summer session. (non-refundable)
Covers administrative costs and program materials for the semester.
Student Information
Burn Cycling’s After-School Bike Club is a recreational group fitness and
enrichment program. It is not a special education, therapeutic, or adaptive
fitness program. At this time, the program is unable to provide
individualized educational accommodations, one-to-one behavioral support,
or specialized medical supervision beyond what is reasonable in a group
fitness setting.
Burn Cycling complies with applicable federal and California civil rights
laws and does not discriminate on the basis of disability, race, color,
national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, or any other protected characteristic
Late Pick-up Policy
The program ends at 6:00 PM Sharp
There is a 5-min grace period (until 6:05 PM)
After 6:05 PM a late fee of $1 per minute will be charged. Late fees must
be paid at pick-up or added to the next week’s tuition. Parents may not
Instruct teens to wait outside to avoid the late fee. Teens without
Self-Release Authorization must remain under program supervision.
Repeated late pick-ups may result in dismissal from the program.

All participants must be under 18 at the start of the program

HOW TO REGISTER
Burn Cycling’s After-School Bike Club provides teens with a safe, supervised environment where they can:
Complete the parent registration form
Sign the liability walver
Select your child weekly or drop - in schedule
Sign self-release authority form (Optional)
Code of Conduct
Be respectful
Use equipment safely
Ask questions if unsure
Keep hands and belongings to themselves
Follow check -in and check -out procedures
Maintain positive environment

To maintain a safe, positive environment for all students, respectful
behavior is required. Students must:
Follow staff, instructor and volunteer instructions
● Use equipment safely
● Behave respectfully at all times toward staff, instructor & peers
● Avoid disruptive or unsafe conduct
● The use of profanity or inappropriate language is strictly prohibited
